Hi. So I was playing just like a 10 minutes ago and me and my squadleader started to push toward a tank. He shot a single RPG-7 tandem rocket at the tank, but soon after lost his life. The tank was still up but on it's last legs (or should I say "it's last tracks") so I picked up the RPG-7 and shot it, but did not kill it. For some reason I reloaded another rocket although I thought I was out of rockets. I tried to shoot it again but the rocket just... disappiered??? I reloaded the RPG-7 few more times, before I desided to back up to cover and then I saw this... 0/555 rockets and the word "Tandem Rocket" was a bit messed up too. Now I wan't to sure you that if this is a somekind of cheat, that I picked it up from my dead squadleader. Now is this a cheat or just a clitch?
I don't know what triggers it, but it happens pretty soon after spawning, sometime right away. I don't know if this is a bug, if it's a normal thing or if it's something else so I will post that here. I was fighting on Berlin under the open wall between A2 and B2 here: At one point, I got killed by an explosion and here is my death report screenshot: So now, here is the question: Is it possible to be killed with an antitank mine from 33 meters ? Also, the damage log looks weird too: 1dmg + 99dmg. Even the "you vs foe" counter didn't give him the kill. There was no vehicles around and infantry cannot activate them on foot so I don't understand. Someone on discord suggested that the player who put the mine was 33 meters away when she has exploded but that the game still register the distance like a firing weapon. Whatever it is, I would like to know if it's a bug or something else.
