Well, today I bought 2 TB m.2 SSD and I am only 1 step to rig of my dream: I need good CPU.

So, will be enough i9-9900k+GTX 1070 combo to have 144 hz in game? I rememer, UE4 games need powerful CPU.

I have i9 9900k and gtx 1080ti and I run most games in range between 150-230 fps on 2k resolution on maxed settings. All depends on whats going on on the screen. Sometimes I get drops to 90 fps but that's when game is not well optimised

In 1440p, on 1080ti and 9700k I have mostly locked 144, with Smolensk and Polyarny dropping sometimes down to ~90fps, with some very rare drops to lower (firing closely at a wall, some level streaming drops etc).

It's probably better to ask on a hardware forum, but CL times are also important, from what my research says, going much over 3200mhz won't really do much, but I'm not an expert
