I was just talking to someone with a similar problem. GPU load should aim as high as  98-100. Right now your GPU is taking a vacation, so is your CPU.  If CPU load was way higher, say 25% higher than GPU usage, it would speak volumes about a CPU bottleneck, which is clearly not the case here.

As for the cause of this... The game is known to leak a lot of RAM. Monitor RAM usage as well?

RAM rarely exceeds 12 GB of 16 GB

True, its still high, considering the state of the game, I think. Something in these peoples' systems is limiting GPU, forcing it to run at half speed. Also something to note: they are using 1070. Makes no sense, I know.

just the question of when developers start working on fixing this problem

Yup. And after digging around more its evident the problem is indeed with the game engine... So yeah. Hope it gets fixed fast so we can have even more people filling the servers.

They will, they are currently putting all their effort on the connectivity issues.

i am confident that game optimization will follow.

more actual screenshots, the game still cannot properly load my gpu ?

@BorrehI would like to clarify whether this big patch will solve this problem?

Let's start with the basics.

1. Check for the newest drivers for Nvidia.

2. Nvidia CP>Physx>choice GPU instead of CPU

3. Nvidia CP>Managing 3D settings>Texture filtering>Maximum/High performance

4. Nvidia CP>Power management mode>Prefer maximum performance

5. Nvidia CP>Vertical sync>Off

6. Nvidia CP Threaded optimization>ON

In windows power options

CP>Hardware and sound>Power options> turn ON AMD Ryzen Balanced plan ( If you don’t see it as an option in your Control Panel, you can download it directly here, just install newest chipset driver for your processor)

In BIOS settings (delete, F10 or F12 when starting up PC, depends on the motherboard, should be written somewhere in manual) Disable High precision event timer (HPET) Save BIOS and restart PC.

I don't know about AMD stuff a lot but there are 100 threads over google about different games that Ryzen 7 + GTX 10XX don't run well together, and many people getting better performance with Ryzen 5 instead.

You can try it overclock, but you need a decent cooler for CPU.

Maybe @Boreeh clarify this, it's just my opinion from the research which I made.

I will report this issue, we still working on optimization.

I have maximum performance enabled, power supply

HPET off

cpu and ram overclocked

In other games I have everything fine with FPS, I think this is the problem of this game

For example,is my FPS when the game fully uses my video card.

But I can achieve this on an empty (non players) map.

It's still an early access, maybe next patch give you some boost :) We will see. If other games run fine (which are made on UnrealEngine4) there just could be optimization issue. Personally, I have no issues running this game in the state as it is (1060+i7 8700K-full map ~120 fps, GPU usage 100%).

1060 > 1080ti sli ?
cuz avg fps 80-120
gpu 1 - 40-60%
gpu 2 -  < 5%

Man, it's early access, I do not sit in your pc xD, no idea what mess you have in your system if you have OC your CPU or not, what programs do you use, what voltage have on your MB, how many useless system programs you have running in BG, when you updated your bios, if you have SATA SSD or M.2, how temps you getting, there are 100s factors. No idea if the game support SLI. I'm waiting for RTX now from the USA. At this moment 1060 is enough for me, no problems with drops below 100 fps or anything.
