[GUIDE] How to Fix stuttering and Improve FPS in World War 3

added a new method tested on 05-11-2018 with great improvements for the fps

Find and open the file called Engine.ini  delete all and paste this script

I have some questions and things to say:

Step 1: It can make your system unstable if other, more important processes (Windows processes for example), won't get enough CPU power.

Step 2: Disables the "Windows Network Data Usage Monitoring Driver" Service. Only necessary if you run out of memory/RAM. 

Step 3: Tried your engine.ini, but I get less FPS then before. Can you please explain, what every setting in this config does?

Delete the config files. The game will regenerate those (resetting all settings).
