[FIX] for : EAC causing game to launch in a continuous loop

The original bug report : 

The fix that worked for me  : 

1. I had EasyAntiCheat_Setup.exe and ww3_launcher.exe running as administrator, I removed that.

2. Verified the game files.

(I don't know if step 1 and 2 are really necessary but that's what I did)

3. Enabled Driver Signature Enforcement by running the following commands with administrator rights (run cmd as admin) 

bcdedit -set TESTSIGNING OFF

bcdedit -set NOINTEGRITYCHECKS OFF

bcdedit -set DEBUG OFF (this one  disables Kernel Debugging)

4. Restarted pc and launched the game and it worked.
